We are very easy going and require no exams or requirements to fly certain aircraft. We are a very social VA and have some of the friendliest peopel online. If fun is what you are after, you have come to the right place!
Now for the important part. Since we are NOT a real airline, we can not offer tickets, discounts, or any other features of real life flying. No materials on this site should ever be used for real life flying at any time. It is for Flight Simulator only.

Welcome to Thunder Aviation Virtual Airline. Thunder VA was born in the summer of 2002 By Devin Brown and Doug Leasure. Thunder VA started out on MSN Zone and quickly moved all of it's services over to eSkyWorld.com. After the move, we became one of the most popular VAs on eSkyWorld. As time went by, reasons beyond our control forced us to close down all operations.
In the winter of 2009, we had an idea to re open the VA. Since then we have been working hard to create a quality VA atmosphere with kind, friendly people and a very functional website. Our website has a complete built in financaial system, auto pireps, and we support many ACARS devices. Another key feature of our airline is we have our own internet radio station called RFTO Radio.
RFTO Radio (Ready For Take Off Radio) is used for live events. You can expect updated METAR reports and quality music and we always take requests. You can even be a DJ live on the air!
